She brings clinical expertise, practical experience, and a patient-centered perspective to every conversation.
The Daughter
A Creative Technologist and designer whose career has centered on making complex systems easier to understand and use. She brings that same lens to healthcare: asking the questions patients and caregivers often leave appointments still wondering about, translating medical language into plain English, and turning each conversation into something practical. Her goal is to make healthcare feel less intimidating and more approachable, with clear explanations, checklists, and guides that help people know what to ask, what to consider, and what to do next.
As a mother-and-daughter team, they combine decades of clinical experience with a designer’s instinct for clarity.
